As of July 1, 2019, indoor vaping is illegal. The Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act was expanded to prohibit indoor vaping.
Also, the Act was expanded to prohibit smoking and vaping to 25 feet within a building entrance, which was increased from the previous 15 feet.
