1. Your day pass
A day pass costs $30 per person for the visit date selected at checkout at Balcony West, 730 17th Street, Suite 900, Denver, Colorado 80202. This is a one-time purchase, not a membership or subscription, and does not renew automatically. Any applicable taxes or other charges must be disclosed before payment.
The pass is personal to the named visitor and valid only on the confirmed date during the hours below. It does not provide overnight or 24-hour access. Keep your booking confirmation available for check-in and follow the arrival instructions supplied with your booking.
2. Hours and available dates
Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Closed Sundays and legal holidays.
All dates and times are Denver local time (Mountain Time). Access is subject to Equitable Building opening hours. Holiday closures and other known unavailable dates will be excluded from the booking calendar. Arriving late does not extend your pass past closing time.
3. Workspace and amenities
The pass provides use of shared coworking space and the amenities described on the day-pass booking page. Seating is shared; a particular seat or workstation is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. Balcony access may be restricted for weather, safety, or building requirements.
Conference room time, private offices, dedicated desks, storage, and separately ticketed events are not included unless expressly stated in your booking confirmation. A day pass does not provide business-address, business-registration, mail-handling, Google Business Profile, directory-listing, or signage rights.
4. Visitor details and guests
Provide your full name, email address, mobile number, and selected visit date accurately. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We use these details to administer your booking, send confirmation, and communicate about arrival, access, or changes affecting your visit, as described in our Privacy Policy: https://balconywest.com/privacy-policy/.
Each person using the workspace must have their own valid pass or membership. A day pass does not include additional guests. Contact us in advance about any guest or special arrangement. This restriction does not limit legally required accommodations.
5. Payment, cancellation, and date changes
Payment is processed through Stripe. A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and a booking confirmation is issued.
You may cancel for a full refund or request a date change by emailing support@balconywest.com at least 24 hours before opening time on your booked date. The deadline is 7:00 a.m. the preceding day for a weekday visit, or 8:00 a.m. Friday for a Saturday visit, in Denver local time. Date changes are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Cancellations received after that deadline, no-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are not refundable, except where required by law. We may grant an exception at our discretion. If Balcony West cancels the booking or cannot provide access for the booked day, you may choose a full refund or an available replacement date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Shared-space conduct
Treat visitors, members, staff, and property respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, excessive noise, illegal activity, damage, and disruption are prohibited. Use calls and conversations considerately and follow posted rules and reasonable safety instructions.
Do not share access credentials, admit unauthorized people, enter restricted areas, or interfere with building security or networks. Weapons and hazardous materials are prohibited except as expressly permitted by applicable law and authorized by Balcony West. Illegal drugs and disruptive intoxication are prohibited.
We may end access for serious or repeated violations or an immediate safety concern. Refund requests after removal for a violation will be considered under these terms and applicable law.
7. Food, smoking, belongings, and animals
No full meals are permitted inside the workspace. Snacks and complimentary coffee or tea are permitted. Clean up after yourself.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Balcony smoking or vaping is permitted only where lawful and allowed by current building rules.
Keep valuables with you and remove your belongings when you leave. The pass includes no overnight storage. Contact us promptly about lost items; unclaimed items will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Balcony West is not an insurer of personal belongings, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Only service animals permitted by law are allowed unless Balcony West approves another animal in advance. Visitors remain responsible for their animals.
8. Privacy, recording, and safety
Do not photograph or record other people without their permission. Commercial filming requires prior authorization. Security cameras may operate in shared areas for safety and security, subject to applicable law. Purchasing a pass does not itself authorize use of your likeness in promotional materials.
Use the workspace, equipment, and balcony responsibly. Follow posted safety notices and report hazards promptly. You are responsible for damage you cause through negligent, intentional, or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. Applicable terms and contact
These day-pass terms and your booking confirmation govern this purchase. Monthly-membership renewal, guest, and address privileges do not apply. Later changes to these terms will apply to future purchases rather than retroactively changing an existing booking; lawful safety and building-access requirements may still apply during your visit.
Colorado law governs, subject to applicable mandatory protections. Disputes will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Denver County, Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
