A LITTLE INTRODUCTION GOES A LONG WAY

From sharing a space
to knowing your community.

A collaborator for your next project. Someone who understands your business. A familiar face to grab coffee with.

01

Tell us a little about you.

Create a profile with what you do, what you can offer, what you need, and a few interests beyond work.

02

Discover the people around you.

Explore the opt-in directory by profession, skill, or interest. Find expertise you didn’t know was so close.

03

Make a thoughtful connection.

Paid members can discover suggested matches and request introductions. Both people choose whether to connect.

ROOTED IN BALCONY WEST. OPEN TO POSSIBILITY.

A wider community.
A valuable member benefit.

Outside professionals can join with a limited free profile. Paying Balcony West members get more ways to connect.

FOR OUTSIDE PROFESSIONALS

Start with a free profile.

  • Email-verified professional profile
  • Search the visible community directory
  • Choose whether others can discover you
  • Control and export your information

A way to get to know the Balcony West community.

At launch, new day-pass purchases will include a lasting free profile and directory access. New $129 monthly memberships will include premium matches and introductions during the paid period. Your purchase will prepare a private account; activate it by email when you choose to participate.

YOUR PROFILE. YOUR CHOICE.

Connect on your terms.

Your profile starts private. You decide when it appears in the directory and whether you’re open to introductions. Your email stays out of the directory and is shared only after an accepted introduction.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Good questions.

Do I have to participate?

No. Connect is optional. You choose what to share and whether your profile is visible.

Can people outside Balcony West join?

Yes. We plan to welcome outside professionals with limited free profiles and directory access. Personalized matches and requesting or accepting introductions are reserved for paying members.

How are matches suggested?

Connect looks for shared interests and complementary skills you choose to put in your profile. Each suggestion explains the connection—for example, a designer looking for accounting help meeting an accountant seeking design help.

Will people see my email address?

Your email does not appear in the directory. For introductions, both people must be paying members and agree before their account email addresses are shared.

When can I start using it?

We’re building and testing Connect now. We’ll share launch details with tenants and coworking members when it’s ready.
