Follow the BW Hyper Local setup process, maintain a qualifying office presence and provide the requested business information and documentation.
If Google does not publish your qualifying business location after you have completed the required verification and appeal procedures, Balcony West will refund the BW Hyper Local package fees covered by the written guarantee.
The guarantee applies to publication of an eligible business location—not a particular ranking, search position, number of calls, number of leads or continued publication after a client changes its information, violates platform rules or stops maintaining the required office presence. Complete terms will be included in the BW Hyper Local agreement.

Is BW Hyper Local just a virtual mailbox?
No. BW Hyper Local is based on a professional office arrangement and actual access to a downtown Denver workplace. It is not offered solely as a mailbox or fictitious verification address.
Does every client receive a different suite number?
A distinct suite designation may be assigned when available and appropriate. The assignment must correspond to the client’s documented office arrangement and will be identified in the written agreement.
What exactly does the publication guarantee cover?
Subject to the written terms, it covers publication of an eligible business location after the client has completed the required setup, verification and appeal procedures. It does not guarantee a particular ranking, amount of traffic or number of customer inquiries.
Can you guarantee that my business ranks first?
No. Google controls rankings and changes search results continuously. The BW Hyper Local guarantee concerns qualifying location publication only, not ranking position.
Do I have to meet customers at the office?
That depends on your business model and the profile type for which your business is eligible. Your profile must truthfully describe how and where your business serves customers.
Can an existing Google Business Profile be moved here?
Potentially. We will review the existing profile, business history and proposed location change before accepting the business into the program.
How long does verification take?
Timing varies because Google determines the verification method, review process and approval timing. Some profiles may also require additional documentation or an appeal.
Is the package available to competing businesses?
Availability may be limited by profession, category, suite inventory and other practical considerations. We review each application individually.
