- The minimum we charge to rent the balcony is $1,250 and up from there depending on the type of event, and number of people.
- Typical hourly charge is $500.
- We provide only the bare space/balcony
- Tables, chairs, flatware must be rented, we have a referral
- Food, catering and drinks provided by you
- We are a bare rental space venue
- We prefer to work with professionals. If you are planning your own wedding, etc, this is not a good space for you, sorry, and we will ghost you. In our experience it is a waste of time. No DIY
- If your first question is what is the price after given these guidelines, do not bother us. Sorry but we limit our time.
Ideal events we have hosted
- concerts / music events
- dinner / lunch events (especially with music – harp, quartet)
- viewing events – fireworks, parades
Events not recommended (and never done but we get tons of calls): baby showers, graduation parties, proms
This is a beautiful and unique venue. It does take work on your part or, better yet, your event planner. This venue is well suited for event planners who have experience.
The exclusive views of the city and mountains will surround you as you enjoy your special event on the Equitable Balcony. In the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, this exclusive spot welcomed top-hat parties for well-to-do Denverites. This prime real estate has been resurrected with the same theme as originally caste.
